1953

Foundation

MS Group’s origins trace back to 1953 with the creation of Schneider Déménagements SA by Marcel Schneider in Switzerland, establishing a strong foundation in relocation services.

1955

Group Identity

The M. Schneider Group name is introduced, marking the beginning of a structured group approach.

2002

Strategic Transition

The company enters a new phase following a change in ownership. In response to growing international demand, MS Move Management is created to support increasing global relocation volumes.

2008

Service Expansion

The acquisition of SwissHelp Pet Relocation strengthens the group’s integrated support services offering.

2009

International Development

The establishment of Indygo in Warsaw, Poland, expands the group’s international presence.

2010

Group Consolidation

MS Group Services Holding SA is created to consolidate multiple companies under unified governance and strategic oversight.

2016

Portfolio Evolution

MS Group sells MS Move to a U.S.-based global relocation company and launches SGRS Move Management, maintaining its focus on international mobility.

2017

Strengthening Expertise

The acquisition of Rod & Partners in Bern reinforces the group’s regional expertise and service capabilities.
